How pricing works
We do not sell generic packages. Every organization is a little different, so we scope your work, quote one fixed monthly fee, and keep the surprises out of it.
One fixed fee
You know what you will pay each month. Your fixed fee covers the services and normal activity defined in the engagement. When your organization's needs or transaction volume change materially, we discuss the scope and fee with you before making an adjustment.
Scoped to you
Your fee reflects real drivers — transaction volume, number of funds and grants, payroll, and reporting needs — not a one-size-fits-all tier.
Onboarding
If your books need cleanup to get current, that is a one-time fee quoted up front and kept separate from your recurring rate.
Projects
Project work has its own scope and timeline. Tax filings, governance reviews, and systems projects are quoted separately from monthly work.
