Privacy Policy

Effective date:  June 1, 2026

Last updated:   July 29, 2026

Relevant Strategies LLC (referred to as "Relevant Strategies," "we," "us," or "our"), respects the privacy of visitors to www.relevantstrategies.com. This Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect through the website, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the website, the website contact form, and communications that arise from a website inquiry. When a person or organization becomes a client, additional terms may apply, including the engagement letter, our Client Privacy Notice, professional confidentiality requirements, and our records-retention policies.

This Privacy Policy and our Client Privacy Notice are not consents to use or disclose tax return information under Internal Revenue Code Section 7216. When a separate taxpayer consent is legally required, we will request it separately.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

When you submit the contact form or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

- Your name

- Your organization

- Your email address

- Your telephone number, if provided

- The service or subject area you select

- The contents of your message

- Other information you choose to provide in follow-up communications

Contact-form submissions may be stored in the Wix dashboard and forwarded to our Google Workspace business email. Authorized firm personnel may access that information as needed to respond to the inquiry and administer the prospective relationship.

Information collected automatically

Wix and the technologies needed to operate and secure the website may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:

- Internet Protocol address

- Browser, device, and operating-system information

- Pages requested and the date and time of access

- Referring page or website

- Essential cookie or session identifiers

- Security, fraud-prevention, performance, and diagnostic information

We do not currently offer website member accounts, public file uploads, online scheduling, website chat, or payment processing through this website.

2. Please Do Not Submit Sensitive Information Through the Contact Form

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, tax documents, bank information, financial statements, payroll records, passwords, complete payment-card information, or other sensitive or confidential information through the website contact form.

After we establish contact, we will provide an appropriate secure method for exchanging confidential information. FinancialCents is our preferred secure client portal.

Submission of a website inquiry does not create a client or professional relationship.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through the website to:

- Respond to your inquiry

- Understand your organization and the services you are seeking

- Evaluate whether we can accept a prospective engagement

- Conduct a conflict or relationship check

- Communicate about a potential or existing engagement

- Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website

- Prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents

- Maintain appropriate business and professional records

- Comply with legal, regulatory, professional, licensing, insurance, or contractual obligations

- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

We do not currently add people who submit an inquiry to a newsletter or marketing list. If we later offer an Insights subscription or other marketing communications, enrollment will be separate and optional.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

- Website and communications providers, including Wix for website hosting and forms and Google Workspace for business email and communications

- Information-technology, cybersecurity, backup, and administrative service providers that help us operate and protect the firm

- Professional advisers and insurers, such as attorneys, accountants, professional-liability insurers, cyber insurers, forensic specialists, and claims administrators

- Governmental, regulatory, licensing, law-enforcement, or judicial authorities when required or permitted by law, legal process, or professional standards

- A person or organization you direct us to communicate with

- A successor or transaction participant in connection with a contemplated or completed merger, sale, reorganization, continuity arrangement, or transfer of the practice, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not disclose personal information to nonaffiliated third parties for their independent advertising or marketing. We do not participate in joint marketing with other financial institutions, and we have no affiliated companies with which we routinely share client or prospect information.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website is intended to use only cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate, secure, render, and maintain the Wix website. Wix may place essential cookies for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, session management, platform stability, and error detection.

We do not currently intend to use optional advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, heat maps, or third-party behavioral advertising tools. We also do not intend to use optional analytics cookies at launch. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any notice or consent mechanism that is appropriate for the technology and applicable law.

You may use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect website operation.

Do Not Track and cross-site tracking

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because we do not currently configure the website to collect a visitor's online activities over time and across unaffiliated websites for behavioral advertising, the website does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

Wix may collect technical information necessary to provide, secure, and maintain its platform, as described in Wix's own privacy materials. We do not intentionally install third-party advertising pixels or authorize third parties to track website visitors across unaffiliated websites for their own advertising purposes.

6. Retention

We generally retain an unsuccessful website inquiry and related routine correspondence for up to 24 months.

If an inquiry results in a conflict check, a formally declined engagement, a dispute, a security concern, or another documented professional or legal need, we may retain a limited record for a longer period. A minimal declined-prospect or conflict record may be retained for up to five years under our internal records policy.

If the person or organization becomes a client, applicable client records are retained according to our engagement terms, legal and professional requirements, and records-retention policy. Certain tax, accounting, advisory, and permanent-reference records may be retained for seven years or longer.

Information scheduled for deletion may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until overwritten through the applicable provider's ordinary backup cycle.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include access restrictions, multi-factor authentication, encrypted devices, secure client exchange methods, personnel confidentiality requirements, vendor review, backup procedures, and incident-response processes.

No website, email system, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use the secure method we provide rather than ordinary email or the website contact form when transmitting sensitive information.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

You may contact us to:

- Ask what categories of personal information we maintain about you

- Request correction of inaccurate contact information

- Request a copy of information you supplied through the website

- Request deletion of website inquiry information

- Withdraw from optional marketing communications, if we offer them in the future

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We may deny or limit a request when necessary to protect another person, preserve confidential client information, comply with tax, accounting, legal, licensing, insurance, or professional obligations, maintain required records, prevent fraud, address security concerns, or establish or defend legal claims.

Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out needed for our current practices.

9. Third-Party Websites

The website may link to websites or services that we do not operate. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies. A link does not mean that Relevant Strategies controls or endorses the third party's privacy practices.

10. Children

The website and our services are intended for organizations and adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the website. In particular, we do not knowingly collect online personal information from a child under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact us to request deletion.

11. United States Audience

Relevant Strategies currently offers services to clients located in the United States and does not intentionally market the website or services to residents of the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom.

If you access the website from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, legal obligations, or information practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

If a change is material, we may provide additional notice on the website or through another reasonable method. The revised policy applies prospectively from its stated effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
